Terms of Use

Effective date: 21 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and J M R TECNOLOGIA LTDA, the company in Brazil that publishes SmashFoot under the brand Kubimi (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing SmashFoot you accept them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or legal guardian, who accepts them on your behalf and can manage your settings in PARENTS.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. The game and test versions

SmashFoot is free to play. Right now it is in testing (Google Play closed testing and Apple TestFlight). Test versions can have bugs, change often, lose features or be unavailable at times. Online features need an internet connection and depend on services run by third parties.

During testing we may need to adjust or reset progress, balances or items, for example to fix a bug or before the public launch. We will tell you in the game or in the test notes when we can.

3. Your account

The game creates a guest account on your device automatically. In this version you can’t link it to Google or Apple sign-in, so if you uninstall the game or clear its data, your guest progress can’t be recovered. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

4. Fair play and player names

Play fair and be respectful. You agree not to:

  • use a player name that is offensive, hateful or sexual, pretends to be someone else, or includes personal details such as a full name, address or phone number;
  • cheat, use modified versions of the game, bots or automation, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
  • disrupt matches on purpose, harass other players or abuse signals and reports;
  • sell, buy, share or transfer accounts or items;
  • attack, overload or try to access our services or other players’ data without permission, or reverse engineer the game except where the law allows it.

If someone breaks these rules, we may change their player name, remove rewards gained unfairly, or limit or suspend their access to online features. We act in proportion to what happened. If you think we made a mistake, write to us and we will review it.

5. Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems, XP and cosmetic items are a limited, personal permission to use content inside SmashFoot. They have no real-world value and can’t be exchanged for money, traded or transferred. Cosmetic items only change how your footballer looks; they never change match results. In this version everything is earned by playing: there are no purchases with real money.

6. Our content and your gameplay videos

The game, its characters, art, music, sounds and code belong to us or to our licensors. You may share screenshots, clips and streams of your own gameplay, as long as you don’t suggest that we endorse you and don’t present our logo or characters as your own.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the game, without any obligation to you.

7. App stores

Your use of Google Play or the App Store is also governed by their terms. For downloads from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies together with these terms. TestFlight testing is also subject to Apple’s TestFlight terms. Google and Apple are not responsible for SmashFoot.

8. Changes to the game

We may update, change or stop SmashFoot or its online features. When a change significantly affects you, we will try to give reasonable notice in the game or on this website.

9. Responsibility

We work to keep SmashFoot running well, but test versions can contain errors and online features can be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990) or other laws that protect you where you live.

10. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end your access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it. As a consumer, you can also go to consumer-protection bodies or to the courts where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the effective date. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game or in the release notes before it applies.
