Option 1: in the game (fastest)
- On the home screen, tap the gear icon at the top right to open SETTINGS.
- Choose ACCOUNT, then ACCOUNT → OPEN. (You can also open it from your profile.)
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, type DELETE in capital letters and confirm.
You need an internet connection. Deletion happens straight away, and the game returns to the start screen. If you keep playing afterwards, the game creates a new, empty guest account.
Option 2: by email, without reinstalling
Email hello@kubimi.com from any email address, with the subject SmashFoot account deletion. The game doesn’t show an account number, so tell us:
- the player name shown in your profile;
- your phone model (Android or iPhone) and the approximate dates you played;
- anything else that helps us find the account, such as your level or a match you played (mode, date and time).
Player names are not unique, so we may ask a few questions to find the right account and to make sure it’s yours. We will never ask for a password. If we can’t identify the account with confidence, we’ll tell you.
We aim to reply within 15 days and to finish the deletion within 30 days of identifying the account.
What we delete
- Your profile: player name, look and completed lessons.
- Your progress and items: level, XP, coins and gems, items, season pass, quests and match reward history.
- Your age group and parental-control settings saved in the cloud.
- Your membership of a club, if you were in one.
- Your Unity sign-in account (the guest account itself).
What we may keep, and for how long
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| A deletion record: your random player ID, the date the account was created and a “deleted” mark | To stop old requests from restoring deleted progress or rewards | While the online service runs |
| Reports you sent, and any purchase records (there are none in this test version), stored under a pseudonymous code | Safety, fraud prevention and legal claims | While needed for those purposes |
| Reports other players sent about you (your player ID and the name shown) | Moderation and safety | While needed for those purposes |
| Records of matches you played (match ID, player IDs, teams and score) and your hidden skill rating | Checking results and fair matchmaking | While needed for those purposes |
| Encrypted backups | Recovering from failures | Up to 30 days |
| Game-server logs | Security and fixing problems | 14 days |
| Our email exchange about your request | A record that we handled it | While needed for that record |
| Anything the law requires us to keep | Legal obligations | As long as the law requires |
Optional analytics. If you are an adult and switched on optional analytics, that data is held by Unity Analytics and is not removed by deleting the account in the game. Email us and we’ll ask Unity to delete it.
What deletion doesn’t do
- It doesn’t remove settings stored only on your phone, such as the parent PIN, playtime counters, controls layout, language and sound. Uninstall the game or clear its data to remove them.
- It doesn’t delete data held by Google or Apple about your store account or your participation in a test. Manage that with them.
- It can’t be undone: a deleted account can’t be restored.
